Soft Skills
Handling The Public With Sensitivity
Talking to the public/community about your game can be stressful but I see it as a way of public speaking, and I've learned how to approach and explain scenarios to the public in a manner in which they can understand.
Efficient Problem Solving
Solving problems helps you grow as a person, if there is something that I cant immediately figure out I will make sure I find out what the situation is and learn from it so I won't have to run into one like that again
Effective Communication
Communication is key when in a group setting, I pride myself with making sure my teams know what I'm doing and if I have any problems i let it be known
Fast Learning
If given a task with something I am unfamiliar with I make it my mission to learn whatever it is as quickly as possible.
Teamwork
Much like communication, if you're not a team player, then work will not go as smoothly as it should. I make sure to be a teammate that everyone is happy to work with to get the best work possible.
Creative Mind
Creativity is a must for the game developer community! without a creative mind there would just be bland repeats of previous titles I try my best to provide the creativity to my teams by offering ideas and different ways to approach different tasks
